She is also a LeMond Certified Cycle Instructor and holds Les Mills International Certifications in bar bell training; indoor cycling; mind body fusion incorporating Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates and stretching.
Julia successfully instructs clients with a range of fitness levels and objectives. She uses a variety of exercises and equipment to motivate and challenge her clients to improved levels of strength and stamina. No matter the starting point, Julia drives her clients to achieve their fitness goals whether weight loss, toning, strength and conditioning, or overall health improvement. She truly embraces fitness and exercise as essential components of a healthy lifestyle and believes that exercise is equally important to good health as eating well and restful, sound sleep.
