Jon is
an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with
a B. S. in Kinesiology, with an emphasis
in Exercise Science from Washington State
University. He holds several other certifications
in the fitness field as well, including
Level 1 USA Weightlifting Coach, Resist-A-Ball
Core Instructor, BOSU Balance Certification,
Reaction Cycling, P.N.F. Stretch, and
Older Adult Fitness Certification.
Jon is very knowledgeable at implementing
various techniques to help the client
gain functional strength and improved
