Chris Jorgensen

 

Chris is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for fitness as a primary goal and focus of one’s life. He currently is a Category 4 Track Racer and races in the Marymoor Velodrome weekly racing series during spring and summer.

A recreational mountain biker, trail runner and hiker, Chris is a 2000 graduate of the Mountaineers’ Alpine Scrambling Course and loves doing anything strenuous outdoors.

   
He credits his flexibility and core strength which are important in all these activities to the Pilates method which he has practiced for many years and offers to his clients.
 

With a strong commitment to his own well-being and a desire to help others improve their quality of life, Chris hopes to inspire new healthy habits and give clients tools to continue good health for a lifetime.
