Our Mission Statement:  To motivate, educate and inspire others to pursue a healthy lifestyle through exercise and nutrition.

Personal Training Team, Inc. was founded in 1994 by a small group of trainers who saw a need for a more personalized approach to fitness training. They began by offering training to clients in the privacy of their own homes.

In 1997 the small group opened an office and studio in Redmond and in July 2000 Dianne Cumberland took over ownership of the company.  Personal Training Team, Inc. has grown from one studio to four with added shower facilities. Clients are able to experience one-on-one training and programs designed just for them whether it is in their own home or in our private fully equipped studios.

Our team is made up of very capable and dedicated personal trainers, all nationally certified and passionate about helping others make positive changes in their health.  Programs are individualized to suit the needs and abilities of the client whether they are beginners or advanced and the trainers focus on helping the client achieve their fitness goals safely and effectively.  On-going support and encouragement are provided in an upbeat atmosphere.

Our in-home services have recently been expanded through our sister company Custom Fitness Systems. CFS offers comprehensive home fitness solutions that include designing a customized exercise environment and selection of appropriate equipment and accessories with the added benefit of in-home personal training to help clients achieve their fitness goals and learn how to use their home equipment safely and correctly.
